  • We host free “on-the-go” breakfasts for residents
  • We reserve food trucks to provide residents a meal after a long day 
  • We host resident events that include: barbecues, chili cookoffs, pool parties, nacho bars, ice cream stands and fun games organized by our creative property management team
  • We support local small businesses by purchasing gift cards for use as prize giveaways for residents 




  • We delivered over 150 free meals to residents during the COVID-19 pandemic
  • We host multiple food drives for local shelters including pet shelters
  • We organize volunteering opportunities for our staff at local shelters
  • We host blood drive campaigns to help with the shortage
